Websites/Property Portal/2025
A property business losing its own enquiries to portals it did not own. It needed to be the portal, not a brochure pointing at one.
Property sites usually open by describing themselves. This one opens with the only decision the visitor arrived with — buy, sell or rent — set at full width over a room you could actually picture living in.
Underneath it the site is a working portal rather than a brochure: listings and projects are separate tracks, agents are surfaced next to the properties they carry, and Submit Property is a first-class action in the header so the supply side never has to hunt for a form.

A portal, not abrochure with listings on it.
PHP
Listings, projects and agent records rendered server-side, so every property is a page Google can index.
MySQL
Property, project and enquiry tables — and the joins that put an agent beside the flats they actually carry.
jQuery
The filter set and the Submit Property flow, both of which have to stay responsive while the result count changes under them.
Bootstrap
Listing cards that stay aligned whether a property has one photo or twelve.
