Websites/Developer Website/2025
Visit site↗A builder whose live inventory moves faster than any agency turnaround. Every offer, tower and possession update had to be something their own office could publish the same day.
A developer's website has two jobs that pull against each other. It has to hold the permanent thing — who the builder is, which towers are standing, what is under construction — and it has to carry whatever is running this month, which on this site is a seasonal offer with a struck-through price and an end date.
So the build is dynamic rather than a set of hand-cut pages. The hero is a slider the office controls, projects and their galleries come out of the database, and the Events & Gallery section grows every time a possession day or a site visit gets photographed. A new launch is a record, not a rebuild — which is the whole reason it is on Next.js rather than another static brochure.
The rest is the compliance and contact furniture a property site cannot skip: the MahaRERA registration and its QR sit in the header where a buyer expects to check them, and the enquiry path is a WhatsApp handoff rather than a form nobody answers.
