Websites/Campaign Landing Page/2025
Visit site↗A plot development with a media budget behind it and nowhere for the traffic to land. Everything a buyer needed had to sit on one scroll, with the enquiry never off screen.
A plot launch does not need a website. It needs one page that answers the seven questions a buyer has — overview, configuration, plot plans, amenities, gallery, location, who is building it — and then asks for a number. That is exactly the nav, in that order, and every item on it is an anchor rather than a page.
The artwork carries the pitch the way the land is being sold: a drawn Panvel rather than a photographed one, the hills, the falls and the temple set as line work in a single warm wash, so the page reads as a place rather than as a listing.
Capture is the structural decision. The enquiry bar is pinned across the foot of the page rather than parked at the bottom of it, with Enquire Now and Download Brochure as fixed rails down the right edge — three ways to convert that follow the visitor down the whole page instead of waiting at the end of it.
